Contact
Reach the right inbox the first time.
RegSignal is in an invite-only beta. There is no contact form and no phone line: email reaches us directly, and each address below is read by the people who handle that kind of request.
How to reach us
Pick the channel that matches what you need. Every one of them is email or in-app.
Access and plans
Getting access
RegSignal is invite-only while it is in beta, so there is no self-serve sign-up. Request access and we review requests as the partner cohort grows.
- Request access on the waitlist with your work email, company and role
- Already have a colleague on RegSignal? Ask an admin to invite you from Settings > Members
- Questions about plans, coverage or a design partnership: hello@regsignal.dev
Support
Help with the product
Beta partners send product feedback from inside the console, so it arrives with the page it is about.
- Use Send feedback in the beta banner above every console page, or in the user menu
- Pick what it is: something is broken, idea or request, something i like, something else
- The page address is attached without its query string, so filters and tokens never leave your browser
- Something not loading? Check the public status page first, then write to hello@regsignal.dev
Security
Report a vulnerability
Send security reports to the dedicated mailbox, never to general support or the feedback button.
- Email security@regsignal.dev with the affected endpoint or URL, steps to reproduce and any proof of concept
- The same address is published in
/.well-known/security.txt - Acknowledgement within three business days and triage within ten
- Controls, subprocessors, data flow and SOC 2 status are documented on the trust page
Press and general
Everything else
Press, analyst and partnership enquiries, and anything that does not fit above.
- Write to hello@regsignal.dev
- Tell us who you are, what you need and any deadline you are working to
- Facts about the product, its principles and its current status are on the about page
We do not take requests by phone, social media or a web form, and we will never ask for passwords or API keys by email.
